Emergency
What to Do
Your safety is our priority throughout the reunion. Please take a moment to read this before the event.
In a life-threatening emergency, call 000 immediately for ambulance, fire or police, and clearly tell the operator you are at the Belgrave Convention Centre, 3 Convention Ave, Belgrave Heights VIC 3160, so help can reach you quickly.
If a family member is a doctor and present, you can also seek Dr Minnie Strickland for assistance, but never let this delay calling 000 in a serious emergency.
The nearest hospital with a 24-hour emergency department is Casey Hospital (Monash Health), 62–70 Kangan Drive, Berwick VIC 3806.
On-site, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and an AED (defibrillator) are available. Please make sure you know where these are located when you arrive — our team will point them out — and alert a committee member straight away if any are used so they can be checked and restocked.
If you have a medical condition or specific needs, please let the organising committee know in advance so we can support you during the reunion.
