What to do, to make the process easy.
Joining the reunion is simple. 1. Register — create your account and sign in to get started. 2. Add your membership — add each family member with their name and date of birth; membership is free for under-12s, with set rates for older members. 3. Choose your accommodation — pick the option that suits your family, from the Hope Centre and Cabins to the Lodge or a powered site. 4. Choose your uniform — select the size and colour for each member. 5. Choose your catering — select the meals each person would like. Once everything’s booked and paid, you’re all set — we can’t wait to see you
1. Register
Register your family members.
Start by registering everyone in your family who’ll be joining the reunion. Once you’ve created your account and signed in, head to Add Family Members and enter each person’s full name and date of birth. Date of birth matters — it automatically sets each member’s membership and helps us plan accommodation and catering correctly, so please add everyone, including children and infants. You can add as many members as you need, and come back any time to update names, dates, or details as your plans firm up. Registering the whole family in one place keeps everything together and makes booking the rest quick and easy.
2. Pay Membership
While Logged in, Add and Pay Membership for each Member
Once your family is registered, simply log in to your account to pay each member’s membership. Head to Pay All Fees, where you’ll see everyone listed alongside their membership status — paid or not yet paid. Each member’s fee is worked out automatically from their date of birth, so there’s nothing to calculate: under-12s are free, with set rates for older members. Just click to pay, and the fee is added to your cart ready for secure checkout. You can pay for everyone at once or one member at a time, and come back whenever you like to settle any fees still outstanding.
3. Pay Accommodation
While Logged in, Add and Pay Accommodation
Choose the accommodation that best suits your family for the reunion, all on-site at the venue. Pick from the Hope Centre’s comfortable motel-style rooms, the cosy family-friendly Cabins, the Convention Lodge for groups and shared stays, or a Powered Site for caravans and campers. Accommodation is priced per person, per night, based on age — infants stay free — with optional bed linen at the Hope Centre and Cabins, while powered sites are charged per site. Simply select your option and the nights you’re staying, and the cost is worked out for you. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
As part of ordering and paying for accommodation, you can choose whether each member of family would like to order and pay bed linen, which is optional.
4. Choose Uniform
While Logged in, Add and Order and Pay Uniform
Next, sort out the reunion uniform for your family. Head to the shop, choose the uniform for each member, and select their size and colour before adding it to your cart. Please take a moment to double-check every size and colour — uniforms are made to order, so they can’t be refunded or exchanged for change of mind or an incorrect selection. When you’re happy with your choices, head to secure checkout to pay. You can order for the whole family in one go, and you’ll collect the uniforms on the opening day of the reunion, with our team on hand to help.

5. Choose Catering
While Logged in, Add and Order and Pay Catering
Finally, choose the catering for your family. The opening-night meal and the closing meal are provided free for everyone, so there’s nothing to arrange for those. For the days in between, simply select the meals each family member would like — you only pay for the meals you actually need, so you’re free to pick day by day to suit your plans. Choosing every available meal across the reunion comes to around $135 per person. Make your selections for each member, then head to secure checkout to pay. With catering sorted, your family’s booking is complete — all that’s left is to enjoy the reunion!
